Online Grievance Lodging and Monitoring System

This service enables the citizens to redress of their public/pension related grievances. With the help of this service, citizens can one can lodge their grievance online and send reminders/ clarifications pertaining to already lodged grievance and find the current redress status of his/her lodged grievance from time to time by using any internet browser. All pension related grievances arising out of unsatisfactory response or non-response from the Ministry/ Department concerned are taken up by the Pension Grievance officers of Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare, Lok Nayak Bhavan. All public grievances except pension are taken up by the Public Grievance officers of Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances, Sardar Patel Bhavan. The officers at these Departments take up the matter with the Ministry/Department concerned for close monitoring and expeditious redress.
