Service DescriptionHonble Chief Minister personally hears the general public on Saturdays & receives grievances on all other days. Petitions received thru post, person and online system are directly monitored in CMs Office and forwarded to the appropriate authorities. These grievances are reflected automatically to the higher officers in the hierarchy and monitored regularly through online process. The objective of eAbhijoga is to provide an online grievance redress and monitoring mechanism. This system is now extended to all departments, Districts, Blocks and Tahasils. eAbhijoga ensures a citizen for the speedy and transparent redressal of the grievances.
